Estate Agent Needs Commission Upfront

An estate agent can draw up to 60% of commission earned once a transfer has been lodged.

Cash To Fund Seller Obligations

The seller also needs to spend money to honour obligations such as rates clearances and Certificate of compliance; on this we also offer an advance relating to the outstanding rates and taxes amount.

Cash Advance For The Seller

If a seller made a profit on the sale of property but requires cash in advance, we offer up to 65% of net proceeds once the transfer has been lodged.

Minimum Conditions for all funding’s:

A contract will be signed and funds paid over only to the attorney as soon as the transferring attorney signs a Letter of Undertaking confirming that all is in place. Our processes are simple and our objective is to be able to pay funds speedily once documentation has been signed by all parties.

I. A competitive, market related interest rate will be charged on all transactions till paid back in full.

II. A once off admin fee of R 500.00 will be charged per transaction.

III. Should you require an immediate payment, R 110.00 will be charged per transaction.

IV. VAT will be charged on the admin as well as pay and clear fee.

V. A payment reference (File Number) will be supplied to you.
